  • A global mining company was seeking A grade office space in the Newcastle CBD. NJ Lane Property Advisory was engaged to provide Tenant Representation Services to secure new space and negotiate an exit from their current space.

    • Work with the client to ascertain the “ideal property brief”.

    • Circulate a tenant brief to leasing agents, managing agents and property owners.

    • Supply a short-list of properties selected for inspection.

    • Identify the preferred target property and provide preliminary deal & negotiation advice.

    • Be the communication conduit for NA, between Agent/ Lessor and the respective legal representatives, facilitate execution of the Lease.
